Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: Starting pay rate of $18.00, actual wage will be adjusted based on experience.
Benefits: Full and part-time, seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Expedite the routing of incoming traffic to ensure a safe, convenient, and well-organized entrance experience to all parking facilitiesDirect vehicles to appropriate parking locationsSet up and remove traffic cones and barriers in accordance with daily lot proceduresMonitor and adjust traffic control signs for changing conditions and statusPerform staffing and/or traffic controlMaintain all parking equipment, vehicles, and tools in good conditionMaintain good housekeeping practices of work areas, locker facilities, work sites, and company vehiclesRemoval of snow by shoveling or machine of parking lot stairways and common areasMonitor traffic flow and close parking lots as directedFollow safety procedures and utilize appropriate safety equipmentReport all repair/replacement needs to the department managerUse proper radio procedures with parking and operations staffUse of PPE at all timesProvide courteous, accurate, and reliable information to the guest regarding weather and ski reports, special events, activities, and general knowledge of the resortBasic Qualifications:
Must have a reliable source of personal transportationMust have a valid U.S. driver’s licenseMust be able to lift and carry items up to 50 poundsMust have the ability to work in adverse weather conditions and perform a variety of dutiesMust be available to work weekends and holidaysRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
