Windows Systems Engineer
Description We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Windows Systems Engineer with a strong focus on Azure environments, MDM/RDM, and Microsoft Intune. This role will play a critical part in designing and implementing policies, creating packages, and rearchitecting our imaging process to align with best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows devices in Azure environments and a strong understanding of modern management solutions. Key Responsibilities: + Lead the migration to Intune for Windows device management and deployment. + Design, build, and configure Intune policies and configuration profiles to meet organizational needs. + Create, maintain, and manage applications packages for deployment via Intune. + Review and optimize current MDM/RDM solutions to align with best practices and streamline device management processes. + Re-architect and optimize the current imaging process to ensure it meets modern management standards and supports scalability. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Intune policies into existing workflows. + Provide guidance and support to the IT team on Intune-related troubleshooting and best practices. + Stay up-to-date with Microsoft updates and changes to Intune, Azure, and Windows environments. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows operating systems, Intune, and MDM/RDM. Requirements Proven experience with Azure, MDM, RDM, and Intune. Strong expertise in designing and deploying Intune policies, profiles, and applications. In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 configuration, management, and deployment in Azure environments. Hands-on experience in rearchitecting imaging processes for Windows devices. Expertise in device management solutions and the ability to lead migrations to cloud-based systems such as Intune. Strong understanding of PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks. Experience working with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure Active Directory. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to Windows systems, Intune, and MDM/RDM. Ability to document processes, policies, and solutions effectively.
