The Platform Services Analyst Intern will possess basic IT Systems administration skills along with a basic knowledge of the following technologies:

IP & DNS Management Windows Server Microsoft Azure Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Basic understanding of virtualization platforms
 

Your daily work: 

 

To monitor and action customer requests as well as automated alerts in the ITSM system To create reports to aid in the analysis of production activities Job shadow more experienced analysts during day-to-day activities Join and contribute to team building exercises and knowledge sharing
