The department delivers a server platform solution for the ASTRO 25, the most widely used P25 mission-critical voice and data communication network in the world.
Job Description

As a team member the candidate will be responsible for:

Automating installation and configuration process of Active Directory.

Automated application of the latest DISA STIG requirements.

Automating build of self-installing Windows operating systems in distributed, complex and multi-OS environments.

Troubleshooting environments as problems arise, test fixes, and perform follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.

Facilitating and evolving automation for the testing and release of our products through CI/CD.

Identifying, documenting, automating, and engineering the processes for repeated tasks.

Seeking and recommending improvements to current processes.


Basic Requirements

Specific Knowledge/Skills

Willingness to learn:

Active Directory,

Windows operating system based solutions,

PowerShell programming.

Demonstrable programming skills in any modern programming language.

Ability to learn new skills quickly.

Ability to switch tasks and/or used technologies.

Ability to investigate and solve challenging technical issues.

Very good troubleshooting skills, an analytic approach to given tasks and problems.

Accuracy and precision.

English language skills at level allowing efficient communication.

Availability 24 hours per week (minimum).

At least one year cooperation

Availability to work in our office in Kraków (Czerwone Maki 82)

Familiarity with some of the following will be a plus:

Network protocols and services (eg. TCP/IP, DNS)

Cyber security aspects.

Version control systems (eg. Git).

Continuous Integration systems (eg. Jenkins).
