Description and Requirements 岗位描述： 负责基于Windows多媒体框架实现视频编码、视频流处理、视频格式转换与流媒体传输等设计开发 负责会议系统中多媒体部分的设计、开发、部署、调试、优化等工作 集成音视频AI模型，基于AI的多媒体处理，优化并提升流媒体会议体验 基于UVC/UAC协议，完成相关驱动开发和优化 结合会议系统需求，完成音视频SDK底层渲染框架设计及开发 背景要求： 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上多媒体系统开发相关经验 熟悉Windows Media Foundation多媒体框架，具备Device MFT开发经验 熟悉YUV、RGB等图像格式及其使用 熟悉UVC/AVC相关协议规范，有抓取并分析数据包经验优先 熟悉H264/H265/JPEG/MJPEG等编解码协议，有gstreamer，ffmpeg相关开发经验优先 对进程、多线程、文件、注册表、内存、异常、网络等有丰富经验 具备较强的中英文沟通能力，以及良好的团队协作精神
