What’s attractive about the Window Trimmer position?

Hours of Operation: 4 am to 12:30 pm (may extend to 1:30pm) Weekends off!

What Success Looks Like:  

This description represents the most significant job duties but does not exclude other work duties that may be assigned as needed.

Cuts the excess of cloth from window screen frames. Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines; and notifies the supervisor of any existing or potential safety issues. Eventual cross training to ensure proficiency in neighboring positions. Verify size, color, customer, configuration (hardware), according to labeling system. Ensure standard work adherence. Visually inspect for defects throughout process. Follows all standard operating procedures and notifies the supervisor of potential procedural improvements. Meet or exceed the production standards for the position. Perform related work as required. Cooperates with and supports co-workers and gets involved as a team player.

Your Credentials: 

High school education or equivalent. Ability to stand throughout the full shift. Ability to use hand tools including tape measure air drill, pneumatics fixed straight-cut saw. Ability to follow both written and verbal directions. Ability to perform repetitive work requiring high levels of concentration. Must have flexibility to work occasional overtime or additional shift. Strict adherence to safety policies.                                                                                                          

Salary: Starting at $18 per hour.
