Therefore, we are looking for a Working Student in Heidelberg to support us in making these events a success for all participants.
Your main responsibilities:
Prepare events and workshops by sending out invitations, collecting confirmations, organizing event locations as well as hotels, and coordinating hosts and speakers.Trainings and workshops will be conducted by third parties - you will coordinate and communicate the expected contents.Stay in close contact with every stakeholder to make sure the events run as smoothly as possible.Technical writing for creating content in the cISMS Wiki.Your skills and qualifications:
Active student in Marketing, Translation, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar technical/scientific fields.Native-level proficiency in German and business-fluent English skills.Excellent communication skills.Technical knowledge in Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, or similar).Knowledge in HTML and Javascript.Basic knowledge of the functionality of wikis or other electronic reference works.Open and friendly nature, can easily and willingly approach people.Highly structured and organized.Willingness to travel.Availability until at least the end of 2025.If you are interested in this great opportunity, we look forward to your online application.
