Wood is currently recruiting for a seasoned Well Services Team Lead with several years in offshore slickline and wireline/e-line Well interventions.

This role requires strong leadership, safety expertise, and operational skills, especially in wellhead and Christmas tree maintenance, with a preference for coiled tubing familiarity.

The position is based in Equatorial Guinea, West Africa, initially on a resident basis 10 weeks on / 3 weeks off, later transition to an equal time rotation 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off , with regular offshore trips during interventions.
