Sutton Green Primary School is seeking to employ a committed, enthusiastic, Welfare Assistant to provide in class support for a Reception Class pupil , who hs been dignosed with Autism.

The post will commence as soon as possible and will be for 31.25 hours per week, 8.45 - 3.30 each day,  term time only (38 weeks per year). Temporary until 31st August 2025. 

The successful applicant will be joining a supportive staff who are committed to providing an inclusive learning environment, where everyone is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. 

We are looking to employ an individual who is creative in their approach to learning, can demonstrate high expectations and is passionate about raising standards for all children through high quality Teaching and Learning. The candidate will need experience in motivating reluctant learners and delivering interventions to lower ability children and be willing to work with other children when required.
