Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Pay/Salary: $55,109 - $61,998

What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities of the FT Welding Instructor include, but are not limited to:
+ Teach and guide students in classroom and lab settings, ensuring they gain the technical skills and knowledge to succeed.
+ Demonstrate proper techniques in FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW welding, as well as OFC, PAC, and CAC-A thermal cutting processes.
+ Evaluate student welds and provide constructive feedback to help them refine their craft.
+ Maintain a safe, organized, and professional training environment.
+ Assist in developing engaging lesson plans and curricula to enhance student learning.
What We’re Looking For:
+ Education Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Experience: Two or more years of hands-on welding experience.
+ Tests: Must pass Qualification and SENSE written tests within six months of employment.
+ Certifications: Must obtain the OSHA 10 Certification within six months of employment.
+ Knowledge: Must have a strong background in welding techniques and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
