Job Description

Core Responsibilites

Production support – spot/stud weld fault recovery, document faults for optimization.Process improvements – expulsion reduction, continuous STC optimization.Training – share best practices, share knowledge with maintenance team, assist develop training materials.

QualificationsStrong background in resistance and arc welding.Bosch 7000 weld controller knowledge and experience.Experience in making and optimizing STC curves.Experience with Stanley stud systems a plus.Arc welding experience with Fronius welders a plus.
