PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a hands-on, detail-driven welder in Freeburg, IL, ready to take on exciting projects in a fast-paced environment. **What You’ll Be Doing:** + Creating top-notch welds on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. + Reading blueprints and making precision welds to exact specifications. + Inspecting your work because quality matters. + Prepping materials by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, and cutting. + Adjusting welding settings and changing wire as needed. + Following all safety protocols—because staying safe is just as important as getting the job done. + Keeping your work area clean, organized, and running smoothly. + Reporting on productivity, quality, and safety—we like to keep things running at their best. **What We’re Looking For:** + Someone who knows how to work with inspection tools to ensure every part meets high standards. + Physically fit enough to handle lifting up to 60 lbs. and standing for long hours. + A strong eye for detail—because precision welding isn’t just a skill, it’s an art. + A team player willing to jump in and help where needed. + Must pass a respiratory test per OSHA standards (safety first!). **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Experience welding aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. + Able to distinguish and identify different components and part colors. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. + Min 1 year exp **Why You’ll Love It Here:** $22.00/hr – Earn what you're worth!
