This is a great Temp- Perm opportunity in the Plant City Area. **Job Title: Welders** **Location: Plant City, Fl** **Pay Range: $21.00 per hour M-T 6AM-430PM** **What’s the Job?** + Gathering of materials by deciphering blueprints and shop drawings, using proper material identification, and processing materials + Proficiency in the proper layout and fitting of job components + Must be able to read work instructions and other work documents, write production and quality information, understand verbal instructions + Familiar with automated welding and gauging. + Ability to distinguish weld quality is a requirement + Ability to meet or exceed expected output requirements + Other duties as assigned **What’s Needed?** + Qualified candidates must have a minimum of five years of MIG welding experience. + Qualified candidates must be self-motivated and have the ability to work without constant supervision. + Must possess a good attendance history. + Must have a good safety record, possess a high degree of quality workmanship and be detail oriented. + Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
