**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our team. This position involves production welding, but the pace is not extremely fast. Our operation focuses on a variety of specialist products in the agriculture industry and includes parts for treadmills and exercise equipment. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding to be considered. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on various specialist products. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welds. + Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components as required. + Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards. + Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Strong skills in welding and fabrication. + Attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to work in a production environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus. + Flexibility to work overtime as needed. + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** Our company values a balanced work-life environment and offers a supportive team culture. The standard shift hours are from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. Fridays are designated for overtime, and currently, Saturdays are also workdays. Typically, the workweek is four days when operations are normal. Expect a collaborative and industrious atmosphere. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NEWTON, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
