Job Description

We are hiring full-time experienced welders and welder apprentices to join our fast-paced environment. We are expanding our team and are looking for motivated individuals who can become great assets to our company. The role involves MIG welding, tacking on axles, wheels, and hitches, with opportunities to train and advance to structural steel beams and fabrication.

ResponsibilitiesWeld chassis, wall sections, and/or roof sections together by following a blueprint.Perform basic MIG welding and tacking on axles, wheels, and hitches.Ensure all welding is done to specification and quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Assist coworkers as needed and find tasks during slower times.Additional Skills & QualificationsTraining from LCCTC or similar programs, or 1-2 years of welding experience for apprentices.Experience in metal fabrication.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a pre-fabrication commercial building manufacturer. The environment is team-oriented, and employees are expected to stay productive, keep the area clean, and assist coworkers as needed. The work hours are from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leola, Pa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.50/hr.
