A Wedding Sales Manager is responsible for contracting & converting wedding and social events enquiries, contributing to achievement of the Groups, Conference and Events' goals, and ensuring that business is turned over properly for quality service standards. The Wedding sales manager implements the Brand’s service strategy and applicable initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

What will I be doing?
\n\nThe Wedding Sales manager will interact frequently with customers and guests to learn about their needs and develop relationships from which to earn repeat and expanded business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\n\tMaximise all Group, Conference, and Event revenue opportunities\n\tContribute to the sales efforts and strategy for the achievement of the departmental and hotel goals\n\tReview business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive efforts to fill capacity and meet set targets\n\tUnderstand the competitive market place and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays ahead in the local market\n\tPerform into a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts\n\tConduct quality control and relevant system audits\n\tOrganise hotel promotional activities\nWhat are we looking for?
\nA Wedding Sales Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
\n\nNative ability to communicate in Arabic language (spoken, written, read)\nExcellent selling capability and an ability and desire to coach selling techniques\nExcellent organisational and planning skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills and a full understanding of professional ethics, decorum and social skills required for extensive interaction with customers, investment owners and business partners\nAbility to work well under time pressure and/or demanding schedules\nAccountable and resilient\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations\n\n\n
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\n\nKnowledge of the Local market\nKnowledge of the hotel property management systems \nA passion for sales and target-based performance\nExperience working in a luxury brand within the hospitality industry\n\n\n
