As a Website Specialist, you are responsible for creating, publishing, and maintaining microsites and website content utilizing a Content Management System. You will also be responsible for monitoring and responding to online reviews for LCG’s 11 unique brands and family communication app.
This position is based out of our headquarters in Novi, MI. Hybrid work schedule: 2-3 days per week in office.
Essential Functions/Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Create, publish and manage our local school websites and B2B microsites utilizing a Content Management System. Work with cross functional teams to create and publish monthly content on our websites (blog posts, teacher features, promotions). Audit and maintain accuracy of the content posted on the local school websites (remodels, open dates, accreditation, welcome messages). Review and approve content submitted from school Directors before it’s published to their local school website (utilizing a Content Management System). Respond to all reviews across Google, Yelp, Reseller Ratings, AppStore, Google Play, Glassdoor, and Indeed. Utilize the Reseller Ratings dashboard to highlight the reviews we display on our local school website. Flag reviews that violate directory guidelines. Report on online reputation metrics and trends. Create Google Business Profiles for new schools, manage existing school profiles for accuracy, and create Google Posts. Other duties as assigned to support the product team.Supervision:
Position does not have direct reports.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing or related field required.
Experience:
Minimum 1 years of experience in writing, editing and managing content is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid. $64-66,000 base salary. This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
