Help us grow our Website, SEO, ASO, and online reputation programs as a member of our Growth Marketing team. With 4 million annual visitors, we are diving into personalization & optimization, and creating the perfect website experience. In this role, you’ll develop a data-driven understanding of website performance and how to translate user behavior into improved user experiences. You’ll also develop knowledge around technical and content SEO strategies, along with KPIs and performance evaluations.
We are looking for someone with project management skills who will manage delivery schedules, take content through reviews and publish it, configure website tests, and provide general oversite of the website to keep it in good working order.
Websites are where brand, design, product, and technology converge, so the ideal candidate will have a wide range of interests, a natural interest in learning new things, a desire to find creative solutions, acute attention to design detail, and strong program organizational skills.
This role will report to the Growth Director managing website and search. You’ll work closely with team members from Website Analytics, Marketing Technology, Web Dev, Product Marketing, Legal and Compliance, other Growth Marketing members, and occasionally Retail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with web analytics, web design, development, and content to monitor and improve program performances Collaborate with channel and product marketing owners to understand their requirements and bring them to life consistently and cohesively on the website Configure website tests using Wordpress and Amplitude Manage delivery schedules: developer sprints, content calendar, & testing agenda using Jira and Coda Carry content through reviews process, and publish on WordPress, Google My Business, and other platforms Maintain store data in online platforms like Google My Business and Moz Generate research deliverables like SERP analyses and competitor audits Provide general quality oversite of the website, identify and resolve issuesREQUIREMENTS
Strong critical thinking skills Quick learner, lots of curiosity Nit-picky about design detail and pixel-perfect alignments Strong organizational skills Ability to manage tasks and deadlines for both yourself and people you collaborate with, with strong follow up skills Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work well in teams and / or alone, and in a remote setting over Zoom Can interact effectively with people across many levels and teams English fluency required and ability to pass a written and grammatical test BS or BA required Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other front end development languages preferred but not required.#LI-REMOTE
