Job Description - A customer is seeking a fully remote Web Project Manager. - Develop and manage detailed project plans for web content and development initiatives, including timelines, resource allocation. - Support a Web Refresh project - Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, development, product marketing) and external vendors to execute project plans efficiently and effectively - Facilitate regular status meetings with project stakeholders to keep communication channels open and expectations aligned. - Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and take corrective action as necessary to keep projects on track - Ensure effective quality control processes are in place to maintain the highest level of web standards. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all project materials are accessible and up-to-date. - Prepare and present project progress reports to management, highlighting successes, risks, and lessons learned.
