Description
ICF seeks a Web Content Specialist to support a variety of services for a Bureau of Justice Assistance Technical Assistance program and other programs within our Justice Research and Victim Services Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain website content and assist with technology tasks.
Provide technical support for delivery of webinars and virtual events using various platforms.
Provide 508 document remediation for PDF, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Support communication and marketing activities.
Assist with email and digital marketing using an online marketing platform.
Support learning management system implementation and administration.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, social services, marketing, criminal justice, or related discipline.
4 years + of experience supporting web content management, webinar technical support, and marketing.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience with Zoom or Zoom for Government.
Knowledge and applicability of Section 508 compliance.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience with Constant Contact or similar online marketing platforms. Experience supporting U.S. Department of Justice programs or initiatives.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$63,511.00 - $107,968.00Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
