Role Summary Rivian’s consumer web applications team owns the website's digital experience. We seek a talented Data Analyst with expertise in BigQuery, GTM, GA4, and advanced SQL skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating comprehensive dashboards and connecting various data sources. In addition to data analysis, the candidate should be well-versed in web tracking methodologies, particularly with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and E-commerce tracking. Responsibilities - Partner with Product & Engineering to understand questions that need to be answered and transform them into structured KPIs leveraging qualitative and quantitative data sets - Analyze product performance, trends, feedback and behaviors of employee and customer facing digital service products to identify opportunities for improvement - Conduct in-depth data analysis utilizing BigQuery, SQL, and Google Analytics to extract actionable insights - Develop informative dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders that tell stories using data to drive enhancements to digital products - Manage web tracking implementations using Google Tag Manager for enhanced data collection and analysis - Monitor and optimize website and digital marketing performance through Google Analytics tracking - Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to provide quick analytical support, uncover trends, or identify patterns and opportunities for optimization Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science or other related field - At least 4+ years of experience in data analysis, digital transformation, or related roles - Extensive expertise in Google Analytics and strong data analysis skills - Proven examples of simplifying complex data sets, research results, and analytical findings for consumption by Leadership teams - Experience with other data analytics and visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus - Hands-on experience in implementing clicks tags, conversion tags / pixels & campaign tracking URLs, URL query parameter, UTM parameter tracking methods, and troubleshooting site analytics reporting issues - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - A genuine love of brands that are focused on positive impact, high quality products, and efficient operations Equal Opportunity Rivian is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
