In Private Wealth Management, we help our clients pursue their wealth management goals through careful advice & astute investment management. PWM Engineering plays a pivotal role in building the tools and applications our business needs to effectively manage and support our client’s diverse requirements. We support the entire user experience starting with onboarding through to trading, reporting, as well as providing clients access to their portfolios online via native iOS and Android apps. We also build and support numerous applications for our Business and Operations users to help them effectively manage risk and provide the best white-glove service possible to our clients.

 

This role offers the opportunity to work in a competitive & nimble team of engineers building and supporting the Wealth Management business advisors and sales. Candidates will work directly with a variety of stakeholders, including the product, UX team and various engineering teams within the division to build and enhance the state of the art, industry leading, & best in class Wealth Management advisory and sales platform. 

 

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and building applications based on Salesforce and industry standard frameworks like LWC. The individual will be able to operate in an Agile environment and oversee the full life cycle development for the services, working with product, development, BA, and PM teams following the Agile/SCRUM methodology.

Your Impact

WM Advisory Engineering is hiring an associate developer for the Sales Technology team who will be primarily responsible to build application features based on Salesforce and industry standard frameworks like LWC. The developer will also be responsible to build services necessary to integrate the sales functions into Salesforce CRM tools. The developer needs to work with stakeholders, Product and Design team to build and deliver the product.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM Technology.Hands on development background and recent experience developing and implementing LWC component, Apex Trigger/Batch, REST/SOAP Services based applications.Experience with Git, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)Exposure with front-end technologies like LWC/React/Angular is preferrable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsEnthusiasm for learning new technologies and applying them to improve our products.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Investment Banking or CRM domain is preferrable.Knowledge in Java or any programming language will be an advantage.
