Essential Duties and Responsibilities Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Assess Truist Wealth against industry benchmarks and drive recommendations that result in increased revenue, expense savings, or scalability. 2. Provide Head of Wealth Strategic Partnerships & Delivery support for business base creation, measurement and performance. 3. Create a portfolio management approach to manual controls and develop a burn down strategy and execution plan. 4. Conduct discovery and objective assessment of opportunities identified by the executive team. 5. Build relationships with business units outside of Wealth that represent dependencies for Wealth’s success to drive stronger partnership and prioritization for Wealth. **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. College degree in management, banking, business, accounting, finance, economics, or equivalent education and related training. 2. 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience 3. Ability to influence in a heavily matrixed organization. 4. Experience evolving operating and interaction models that create measurable results. 5. Demonstrated operability in risk intensive environment. 6. Excel at building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships. 7. Ability to ingest and align to enterprise direction and ability to drive feedback to influence future paths. 8. Extensive middle office experience with demonstrated commitment to customer advocacy balanced with risk management and teammate needs. **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. Master’s degree in management, banking, business administration, or finance 2. Consulting experience with large organizations 3. FINRA SIE, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. 4.
