The Warranty and Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer and company policies. This role ensures that field services are executed, managing compliance with warranty claim specifications and leading work related projects while maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Claims Processing: Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims to manufacturers or suppliers accurately and within specified time frames.Special Projects: Plan and schedule field service activities to ensure timely and accurate services for specific projects.Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the dispatch process.Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty issues, providing updates and resolving inquiries.Compliance: Ensure all warranty work is compliant with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.Training: Provide training to staff on warranty processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.Experience: Previous experience in a warranty administration role, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or electronics industry (1-3 years preferred)Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in using warranty management software and Microsoft Office SuiteAttention to detail and accuracyProblem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex claims

Working Conditions:

Typical office environment with regular hours.

May require occasional travel for training or meetings
