About the Role:
We’re seeking experienced Warper/Weaving Machine Operators for a leading textile manufacturer in Kernersville, NC. If you have 2-3 years of textile machine operator experience, this is your chance to apply your skills in a growing company!

What You’ll Do: Operate warping and weaving machines to ensure smooth production Load/unload warp beams and set up machines for operation Monitor fabric quality, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and make adjustments as needed Perform pattern changes and verify machine efficiency during operation Maintain production records and ensure adherence to work instructions
What We’re Looking For: Must have 2-3 years of textile machine operator experience (warping, weaving, or similar roles) Ability to lift 25-75 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic math skills & ability to read a ruler (math test required) Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to site access requirements) Ready to apply?
