**Aerotek is Hiring for Warehouse Worker in Brooklyn Park** **Pay $20/hr(Based on Exp)** **Job Description** Employee will be picking orders off of pick sheets and loading and unloading trucks by hand and with a partner. The role primarily involves unloading garage sections that weigh between 40 - 125 pounds, with the assistance of a partner. Additional tasks include sweeping, taking out garbage, and general warehouse duties. There will be no forklift use, but significant lifting over the shoulders and head, as well as ladder use, is required. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders off of pick sheets. + Load and unload trucks by hand and with a partner. + Unload garage sections weighing between 40 - 125 pounds. + Perform general warehouse duties including sweeping and taking out garbage. + Lift items over shoulders and head. + Use a ladder for various tasks. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift up to 60 lbs independently and up to 70 lbs with a partner. + Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English. + At least 3 months of relevant warehouse experience (order picking, loading/unloading trucks, general warehouse duties). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in material handling, shipping and receiving, packing, inventory management, and general labor. **Why Work Here?** Contract into January with the potential for contract to hire based on business needs and performance.
