**Job Title: Warehouse Worker**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for stocking inventory, packing orders, attending to customers, ensuring quality assurance, organizing products and materials on shelves, and maintaining regular upkeep of the warehouse. You may also be required to use a lift truck to move materials.
**Responsibilities**
+ Stock inventory and maintain accurate records
+ Pack and prepare orders for shipment
+ Provide excellent customer service
+ Conduct quality assurance checks
+ Organize products and materials on shelves
+ Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse
+ Operate lift trucks to move materials as needed
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in warehouse operations
+ Proficiency in forklift operation
+ Ability to pack and prepare orders efficiently
+ Knowledge of inventory management
+ Production and assembly skills
+ Order picking and packing skills
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
+ Ability to regularly lift up to 25lbs
+ Capability to walk, stand, or lift for the entire shift
+ Knowledge of PVF is a plus
+ Chauffeur's license is a bonus
+ Industry experience is encouraged but not required

**Work Environment**
The warehouse environment involves regular physical activity, including lifting up to 25lbs, walking, standing, and moving materials throughout the shift. The role may require the use of lift trucks and adherence to safety protocols. Employees should be prepared to work in a dynamic and fast-paced setting where attention to detail and organization are key.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kalamazoo, Michigan.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
