**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves a 4x10 schedule with shift start times at either 11 AM or 12 PM. The primary responsibilities include picking orders, staging products, and loading trucks. This is a hands-on position that requires physical endurance and a commitment to maintaining a clean working environment. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders and stage products for loading. + Load trucks manually with plastic trays. + Utilize a pallet jack to pick orders. + Work in pairs to palletize and load trucks. + Maintain a 'clean as you go' mindset and ensure the workspace is tidy. + Hose down and clean trailers on Sundays. + Unload trailers daily, a process that takes around 4 hours. + Operate a forklift when necessary. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift 50 lbs above head occasionally. + Ability to ride and operate a forklift. + Ability to push 75 lbs occasionally. + Comfortable with twisting, bending while handling 40 lbs. + Ability to stand for 10 or more hours. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma required. + Warehouse inventory experience. + General labor skills. + Packing and material handling skills. + Experience with pallet jacks and unloading. + Proficiency in using scanners, order picking, and loading. + Experience with RF scan guns. **Why Work Here?** Join a team where camaraderie and teamwork are highly valued. When loading trucks, the temperature will be around 50 degrees Fahrenheit. You may spend up to 5 minutes in freezer areas (0 degrees Fahrenheit) and cooler areas (~40 degrees Fahrenheit). This role requires working in a team-oriented environment where mutual respect and collaboration are essential. If you prefer working alone, this position may not be the right fit for you. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hayward, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
