Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including shipping products, weighing items to determine shipping needs, and using computer systems for inventory management. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for the entire shift.

Work Environment
The role is based in the office of a climate-controlled warehouse. The team is small and self-dependent, requiring individuals to ask for additional work upon completing assigned tasks. The standard shift is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional minimal overtime and weekend shifts. The dress code includes steel-toe footwear, jeans or shorts (excluding basketball shorts), and a t-shirt or collared shirt without graphics or overly baggy clothing. Employees will receive a swipe badge for timecards, and orientation will be provided on the first day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesapeake, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00
