**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The individual in this role will perform manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products. The role involves receiving and putting away freight/stock, picking and building pallets for orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. **Responsibilities** + Receive and put-away freight/stock + Pick and build pallets for orders + Maintain a clean and safe work environment + Assist other areas when and where needed + Perform shipping and receiving duties + Operate Stand-Up Crown forklifts/PITs + Unload, sort, and verify items against records of shipment + Inspect condition of received goods + Pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods + Record received and shipped items according to established procedures + Route materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or stock areas + Complete written and computerized documentation + Perform attention to detail, problem-solving, discrepancy checking, and auditing tasks **Essential Skills** + Experience with Stand-Up Crown forklifts/PITs + Attention to detail + Problem-solving skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Experience with shipping and receiving + Ability to use computerized documentation systems **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Over 1 year of experience using the Stand-Up Crown forklift + Ability to use the basiloid attachment on the Stand-Up Crown forklift + Comfortable with a 46-hour workweek + Ability to adapt to new processes and learn quickly + Basic computer skills for safety training and documentation **Why Work Here?** Our company offers numerous career opportunities and supports career pivots for employees with solid reputations and applicable experience. The warehouse is not automated, requiring employees to be open to learning new processes. Supervisors may not always be available to assist, so candidates must be self-sufficient and patient during the training period. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FIFE, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
