**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will work in the warehouse, utilizing pallet jacks and RF scanners. You will communicate with the shipping and production teams to ensure that orders are ready to go. If orders are not ready, you must be able to think quickly to prepare them. **Responsibilities** + Use pallet jacks and RF scanners to manage warehouse inventory. + Communicate with the shipping team and production team regarding order statuses. + Ensure orders are ready for shipment and quickly prepare them if they are not. + Handle packing, picking, loading, and unloading of materials. + Operate forklifts (both sit down and stand up) as required. + Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including labeling and inventory management. **Essential Skills** + Experience with packing, picking, and using RF scanners. + Proficiency in material handling and operating forklifts. + Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations. + Ability to communicate effectively with shipping and production teams. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3+ months of manufacturing experience (food industry experience is a plus). + Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day. + Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where your contributions are valued. You will need to be able to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours) and work with a team to meet shipping and production deadlines. The facility follows a business-casual dress code. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Faribault, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.54 - $20.54 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
