Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to shipping and receiving, inventory management, and general warehouse operations. This is a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and development.

We offer pay increases once permanent, and our business is constantly growing throughout the year. You will have opportunities for leadership and training, including certification on CROWN trucks upon permanent hire. No forklift certification is required initially, as we will provide training.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced warehouse environment with narrow aisles where forklifts and hand carts navigate safely. No cellphones or electronics are permitted in the warehouse. Temperature conditions vary with the seasons; the warehouse is heated in the winter (typically 60 degrees) but can be very hot in the summer (fans and water coolers are available throughout the warehouse). Contractors should dress accordingly in light, breathable layers and wear appropriate footwear such as sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes. Open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are prohibited.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, New Jersey.

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25
