**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are searching for the right person to join a family-owned ag-fertilizer supply company as a Warehouse Associate. Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing inventory, organizing the warehouse, and maintaining accurate records. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment + Fulfill product order invoices + Unload material from incoming trucks + Load products onto delivery trucks for shipping + Assist with maintaining equipment, including cleaning out production equipment and lines + Maintain a clean and safe work area **Essential Skills** + High School diploma or equivalent + 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting + Strong organizational and time management skills + Basic math skills + Familiarity with computer and inventory software preferred + Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, stack, lift, and walk for long periods of time + Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with forklift operation (80% of the time) + Willingness to clean areas and assist in various tasks, including sweeping floors and helping prepare for the next day + Ability to read SKUs and work orders accurately to ensure correct order processing + Capability to handle labor-intensive tasks and lift 50-pound bags when not operating a forklift **Why Work Here?** As a family-owned business with a team of 52 employees, we prioritize our employees' well-being. The typical work schedule is between 6 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 42.5 hours per week and additional overtime as needed. The dress code is appropriate for a manufacturing environment, ensuring safety and comfort during work hours. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of El Dorado, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $35360.00/yr. 401K, dental, Vision, Medical.
