**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are searching for the right person to join a family-owned ag-fertilizer supply company as a Warehouse Associate. Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing inventory, organizing the warehouse, and maintaining accurate records. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. + Fulfill product order invoices. + Unload material from incoming trucks. + Load products onto delivery trucks for shipping. + Assist with maintaining equipment, including cleaning out production equipment and lines. + Maintain a clean and safe work area. **Essential Skills** + High School diploma or equivalent. + 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Basic math skills. + Familiarity with computer and inventory software preferred. + Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, stack, lift, and walk for long periods of time. + Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience operating forklifts (80% of the time). + Willingness to clean areas and assist in various tasks. + Ability to read and match key numbers on skews and work orders. + Willingness to lift 50-pound bags and perform labor-intensive tasks when not operating a forklift. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned business that values its employees. The typical schedule is between 6 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 42.5 hours per week and additional overtime as needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of El Dorado, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $35360.00/yr. 401K, dental, Vision, Medical.
