DC Trainers!

Weekend Shift Available! Fri-Sun 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Pay rate $20.75

We are looking for a motivated, self starter, team player! 

 

Job Functions

Assist in training and development of DC associates and Leadership. Maintaining an effective, productive and professional relationship with peers, superiors, auditors, and others. Always represents the company in a positive & supportive manner. Keep records updated of training tracker.

 

Job duties

Perform employee training and track performance using performance tracking tools. DC metrics / productivity reporting Project leader for small/medium size projects within DC Identify process Improvement opportunities Provide individual, group or classroom setting training and on the job training, for individuals or groups Collaborate and build rapport within the DC that builds a solid foundation and leadership skills.

Education/Experience:

Ability to adapt in a diverse and multicultural environment. Ability to understand WMS systems. Ability to read, write and communicate in English & Spanish. Approachable personality. Understanding of documents and methods of training, processes, procedures, and standards. Intermediate MS Office experience to include but not limited to Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to deliver material in classroom or floor setting; one on one or in group Light Office work (emails, reporting, tracking and building Training material) Steel Toed Shoes Required. Apply Now
