Warehouse Technician III Job Description

This facility manufactures cryogenic equipment to support the company’s industrial gas and LNG business. As well as pressure vessels, distillation columns, piping skids and cold boxes it is also the world’s leading manufacturer of liquefied natural gas (LNG) heat exchangers. Each heat exchanger consists of coil wound tube bundles housed within an aluminum or stainless-steel pressure shell, all of which are assembled and welded by skilled employees at the plant.

Duties:
-Performing the receiving and storage of incoming materials.
-Picking and issuing materials and supplies to the shop.
-Maintain inventory and cycle counts.
-Operate material handling equipment inside the plant as well as mobile cranes and equipment outside of the facility.
-Other daily activities include movement of materials, shipping of product to suppliers and perform required SAP transactions (computer-based process).

You will be receiving, picking, handling, and shipping various grades of material and handling and rigging equipment for large assemblies are utilized in the movement of material. A general understanding of grades of material, material certifications and the operation of large equipment is a plus. This position requires significant amounts of: Lifting, Bending, Moving and Standing.

This is an off-shift position; must be able to work afternoons and or nights.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Associate degree in a technical field preferred
- Previous SAP/MRP/Computer systems experience a plus
- Prior material handling experience (cranes, mobile handling equipment, forklifts) a plus
