Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Technician Level II is accountable to the Team Leader, Warehouse for the control of materials within Alphora’s cGMP Warehouse including raw materials, intermediates, finished products and waste streams. This position will coordinate the transfer of material’s and equipment’s between Alphora’s Portland and Speakman locations and will also fill in for the Warehouse Technician – Speakman role as and when required.
The Warehouse Technician is a role with limited direct supervision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow Environmental, Health and Safety rules/regulations and report any workplace incidents, injuries or accidents immediately.Adhere to policies and guidelines set out in the Alphora Employee Handbook.Work harmoniously with all fellow employeesReceipt, Quarantining and Sampling of cGMP raw materialsHandling of In-process wasteSubmission of raw material samples to Quality ControlShipping of materials, equipment’s via courier between Alphora’s sitesShipping activities of materials/finished products via courierCleaning and housekeeping of the Warehouse, Sampling and Plant facilitiesAdherence to all relevant EHSPs, GLI’s, GAP’s and SOP’sStaging of raw materials for cGMP OperationsPrepare the warehouse for auditsOther duties as assignedParticipate in SOPs, cGMP and HS&E training sessionsResponsible for complying with schedules operations activitiesCOMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS:
