Join us as a Warehouse Technician in our Manitowoc Ice facility.
As Warehouse Technician you will be responsible for verifying and arranging shipments (raw materials, indirect & MRO, etc) from the Manitowoc facility. This position will directly interact with truck drivers and will also be responsible for verifying accuracy of shipment documentation and labeling. Position will also assist in auditing export shipments for accuracy of labels, markings, origins, etc. This individual will be an active participant of the Safety Management Program.
You Will:
Interact with Inside Sales regarding customer shipments.Verify international export requirements and outbound load contents for accuracy.Maintain freight compliance in unloading of materials to ensure conformance to standards.Oracle data entry.Ensure compliance with C-TPAT requirements.What’s in it for you?

High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredPrevious warehouse receiving and shipping experience preferred.Accurately read, count, weigh and measure.Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel)Regularly lift 40 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds and have ability to use lift equipment.Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):
1st shift, 6am-2:30pm M-F, occasional Saturdays
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
