Key Responsabilities\:
Responsible for employee’s performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.Responsible for the performance of "standard work" within his or her sector or department. Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.Enforce compliance with quality system and proper appliance of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level.Optimize daily / weekly balance workload / resources (internal, external storage and freight capacities).Adjust MPH (Material Providing and Handling) programs according to customer priorities in the ad-hoc systems (LDS, DISS, …).Ensure management of the logistics process receiving goods > stocking > picking > Material handling > shipping finished goods and wastes.Lead the SIM loop 2 with appropriated indicators & action plan and ensure the compliance with SPS of the SIM 1.Organize the training needs of teams and manage the versatility in accordance with the target defined.Synchronize support function actors on short term actions.Manage warehouse processes performance and his team according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant.Ensure inventories accuracyGuarantee that service level, quality environment, process lead time, maintenance & productivity goals are reached.Manage the yearly appraisal of all DVC inside the sector.Monitor and analyse logistic costs.Required skills
