Schedule: Rotating A/B Schedule: (3) nights one week and (4) nights the next week, 12-hour shift, 7:00pm to 7:30am 

Work Location: 1801 N 36th St, Grand Forks, ND

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $26.00 per hour, plus an additional $0.25 per hour shift differential

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Coordinates with ACCT/Warehouse Manager on proper location of product and assigns to warehouse personnel accordingly. 

2. Ensures Forklift operators in the warehouse have all tools necessary for success (All locations are labeled, Scanners are updated and Forklifts are operational.)

3. Supervises and Ensures the Picking and staging of next day loads ready to be shipped.

4.Communicating with Shipping coordinator/Production and Planning on any unfavorable variances/issues encountered when staging for production & shipping.

5. Participates in Operators evaluations and HR related actions.

6. Coordinates forklift maintenance with vendors. Investigate, identify root causes and propose corrective actions in the case of a warehouse related customer complaint or internal hold.

7. Coordinates with ACCT/Manager when facility repairs are needed.

8. Recommends and enforces warehouse safety requirements.

9. Participate in Periodic Inventories and Cycle Counts as scheduled or required. 10. Work with planning and purchasing to streamline inventory levels based on our needs.  

11. Review all warehouse related paperwork (PAFs) before submission to accounting.

12. Coordinate and work on internal holds actions and ensure submission of accurate paperwork. Audit Locations and Forklift operators on accuracy in Scanning of products per assignments

13. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
