WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR III

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

People Management and People Leader Warehouse activities overall management Manage all deliveries ( Import / Local – Containerized, Truck , Van ) Check that all documents are correct ( DR, SI , PO ) and making sure DRs have stamp and signature of PEZA Manage put away, labelling and system timely transaction. Inventory of all items at least one time weekly and encoding on the monitoring for location and updates Lead and Manage inventory cycle count, ensure inventory accuracy. Manage material picking and FG packing, labelling, loading for exportation. Overall material management end to end for both direct and indirect materials. Improve material flow among different warehouse locations and shopfloor. Justification on the Request for the Headcount Review and Approval of all incoming bill of lading with attention to discrepancies. Audits bill of lading to ensure billing requirements are met. Environmental health and safety associated with his responsibilities. Follows rules and regulations EHS, GST etc. Reports and Analysis on Freight Spend and Transportation improvement programs Communication and Coordination with PEZA, Customs, PDEA, Brokers, Consultants and other government agencies as needed. QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree of any Business Course or Engineering Related Course At least 5-7 Years of Experience in the same field and industry. At least 3 or more years of experience as People Manager

 

Must Have:

 

PEZA and Customs (International and Local) People Management Warehouse (End to End Process) Manufacturing Industry
