**Responsibilities:** * Manage daily operations while maintaining strict controls over process and procedure - Oversee all staffing issues-attendance, vacation, daily assignment, etc * Work with other supervisor/salary staff to improve operations * Develop strong working relationship with UAW counterparts * Promote a safe working environment for all maintains a zero incident mindset - Proactively address all safety concerns in an expedient manner - Work with salary and hourly teams to improve safety culture and adherence to safety guidelines * Perform basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents * Maintain Quality Procedures to ensure the facility is functioning at highest levels * Develop and implement projects to improve quality and efficiency of operations **Skills Required:** * Effective decision making * Ability to manage multiple systems daily * Excellent written and verbal skills * Excellent organizational skills and ability to demand accountability from all employees. **Experience Required:** Minimum 3 years warehouse environment/operations **Experience Preferred:** Supervised in an union environment **Education:** Bachelor’s degree preferred -SAP knowledge -Microsoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook) **Category** _Manufacturing_ **Function** _Engineering_ **Req ID** _JN -052020-114216_
