**Job Title: Warehouse & Dispatch Supervisor** **Pay Rate: $31/hr.** **Shift: Monday - Friday 11am-8pm** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Dispatch Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. Responsibilities include maintaining truck temperatures, handling paperwork and invoices, performing food safety tasks, and monitoring key performance indicators. You will supervise evening assemblers, ensure efficient task allocation, and prepare daily schedules. Additionally, you will maintain vendor communication for repairs and assist the logistics manager with employee performance reviews. **Responsibilities:** + Maintain truck temperatures and record them before departure. + Handle paperwork and invoices. + Perform food safety-related tasks. + Monitor and improve KPI and accuracy of assemblers. + Supervise evening assemblers and report to the manager if necessary. + Communicate with vendors for repairs and maintenance. + Allocate tasks evenly among assemblers by reviewing the schedule periodically. + Prepare daily assembly schedules for efficient output. + Arrange and prepare daily paperwork (invoices) for delivery. + Assist the logistics manager in writing employee performance reviews. **Work Environment:** The work environment is a warehouse with both dry and freezer areas. You will be required to wear steel-toe boots. Starting and ending times may vary depending on the area of assignment. **Job Type & Location:** This is a Contract to Hire position based in Brisbane, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr.
