As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring that our team meets company and customer standards in service, quality, safety, and productivity. You’ll lead by example, fostering a culture of efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Lead, train, and mentor a dedicated warehouse team, providing feedback and assigning tasks to optimize performance. + Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, incoming and outgoing shipments, and organization of merchandise. + Develop and oversee production schedules to ensure timely completion of job assignments while maintaining accurate time and production records. + Generate and analyze reports to track warehouse performance and communicate key metrics to plant leadership. + Monitor warehouse activities such as sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability and efficient operations. **ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Operate and oversee the use of warehouse machinery and material-handling equipment. + Address and resolve employee concerns, fostering an open and collaborative work environment. + Take ownership of special projects and process improvements as assigned. **WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:** + Minimum of **2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience** , preferably in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce operations. + Strong knowledge of **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)** and fulfillment processes including ordering, picking, packing, and shipping. + Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. + Ability to work in varying temperature conditions, from cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) to dry storage (100°F/37°C), with provided protective equipment. + Physical ability to lift up to **40 lbs.** (or more depending on facility requirements). + Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional high noise levels.
