REQUIREMENTS:
Matric/NQF Level 4 (Essential), relevant tertiary qualifications (Advantageous) 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG, Wholesale/Distribution, or a related field 1-2 years’ supervisory experience, with a focus on inventory management and supplier returns Experience with SYSPRO or similar WMS/ERP systems Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs Oversee equipment maintenance and asset inspections Manage daily performance and reporting on order statuses Achieve daily operational targets and process orders within turnaround times Supervise cycle counting, bin checks, and stock returns to vendors Lead and train staff, manage performance, and resolve disputes Assist in stock counts and ensure the warehouse maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety
