Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Austin Pflugerville TX.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Supervisor role involves overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

Shift: 1st 8am – 5pm (Some Saturdays)

What a typical day looks like:

Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.Management team and personal Great supervisory skills, communication, and interpersonal skillsEnsures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.Client interaction experienceStrong work ethic while working under pressurePerforms quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouseEnsures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat, and safe manner.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Associates degree or equivalent experience2+ years of materials experience using (MRP) systems i.e: Orical3+ years in a Manufacturing Supervisory PositionExperience in equipment operations - preferredFluent in Spanish – preferred  Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
