Job DescriptionAs a warehouse supervisor you will plan and coordinate the supply, replacement, storage and distribution activities of the company's materials and products. Manage warehouse staff and equipment, supervising the safety and hygiene of the area. Maintains a close relationship with the manufacturing team to optimize resources, without interruptions to the production process Receive, store, pack and distribute direct and indirect materials and finished products, with strict adherence to specifications and procedures to ensure quality and timely supply and meet the requirements of our clients and the objectives of the production programs.
Specific tasks:
Planning and manufacturing support.
Ssupply supermarkets and production lines according to the program established by the programming team.
Manage the picking and kitting process from warehouses to assembly and other productive areas.
Control physical inventory levels within the warehouse.
Ensure compliance with cycle counts in a timely manner to maintain the accuracy of inventory in the warehouse and there are no shortages for production.
Maintains direct communication with productive areas for the optimal supply of materials
Align activities with work instructions and/or procedures based on the quality system.
Coordinate and manage engineering changes, new projects for optimal raw material requirements in conjunction with production scheduling, engineering and customer service.
Define the volumes of the new materials within the warehouse for cubing.
Manage the budget for the company's new projects in storage and distribution costs.
Qualifications"Education: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, Logistics, Supply Chain or related.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel management, management of resources in a warehouse. FIFOS, Supply Chain, Forklift experience.
