Our client, a global leader in consumer goods, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for their Moreno Valley, CA location. In this role, you will ensure efficient warehouse operations, oversee training for temporary employees, manage productivity, and address safety concerns.

Responsibilities:

Training Oversight: Ensure temporary employees receive comprehensive training.Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of attendance, time cards, and productivity.Productivity Enforcement: Ensure employees meet performance targets.Scheduling: Manage break and lunch schedules.Safety Management: Conduct safety inspections and address concerns promptly.Process Improvement: Collaborate on enhancing warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications:

1 - 2 Supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.Knowledge of warehouse operations, training, performance management, and safety protocols.Strong organizational and time management skills.Effective leadership and communication abilities.Proficiency with warehouse management systems and relevant software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations (preferred).Forklift certification and warehouse equipment operation (a plus).

Training Schedule:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM2nd Shift: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Regular Schedule (Post-Training):

1st Shift: 2:30 AM - 7:00 AM2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM$26.00/hour.
