Summary CHENEGA FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, LLC. Fort Sill, OK The Warehouse Specialist ASP performs ammunition, receipt, storage, inventory & accountability, issue maintenance, stock control, turn-in, and pre and post-shipment operations and procedures at the Ammunition Supply Point (ASP). Responsibilities Conducts 100% screening of turn-in items, including brass and residue, to ensure no live ammunition gets transported from the ASP. Operates automated brass screening machine. Prepares metal cans and returnable non-A&E items for transport as directed. Maintains accountability of all items issued and makes appropriate entries to the Magazine Data Cards. Assist with receipt of commercial vehicles/railcars transporting ammunition to Fort Sill and the ASP by unloading, segregating, and placing into storage items contained in the shipment. Assists with the preparation of outbound shipments of live or unserviceable ammunition and explosives. Assists Warehouse Specialist, Lead with dropping off/retrieving vehicles from Maintenance. Performs customer service by escorting throughout the ASP but not inside A&E locations. Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent. Possess and continuously maintain a current driver’s license. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of receiving, inspection, and storage procedures as outlined in DA PAM 385-64, FM 9-13, and DA PAM 710-2-2. Knowledge of applicable ARs, TMs, PAMs, DoD, FORSCOM and TRADOC Regulations. Ability to obtain IAW TRADOC Reg 350-30 certification for all employees involved in ammunition operations. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds alone or 100 pounds with assistance Familiarity with ammunition storage and supply functions preferred. Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) for computer access. Ability to pass an Ammunition, Arms, & Explosives (AA&E) check for ASP access.
