Job Description

Our Warehouse Receiving Team Member position is an entry level position in a fast paced woodshop with great potential for growth. We will provide paid, on-the-job training to candidates with the right skill set and a great attitude!

Sorting of parts requiring additional machiningLoad product neatly into job cartsRemoval of labels and hand printing of part identificationReading of labels and confirming measurements using metric tape measureMatching of parts to a bill of materialsCommunication of any missing partsBasic operation of CNC machineCleaning of parts and quality control checksInventory control and managementOther tasks as assigned by the supervisor

QualificationsHS Diploma or GED: Trade or vocational school experience preferredAbility to read/interpret bills of lading and materials paperworkPerform basic mathematical measurements including using a tape measureStrong verbal and listening skillsAble to work individually and in teams. Ability to work/stand on feet for entire 8+ hour shiftEffectively communicate with leadership any material issues and/or mechanical breakdownsDetail oriented for precise quality control on each orderAbility to lift 50-75lbs; reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouchUnderstanding of safety protocols and requirements.Experience working in a warehouse, with woodworking machines (saw, router, drill press) and/or using forklift is a plus.
